Challenges
More women than ever are seeking to participate in endurance sports events, and boosting access is a core tenet of ours. To this end, we offer group virtual challenges on specific dates where women can participate from their respective locations. Participants prepare for the event over several weeks, both online as a community and by doing the applicable activity (e.g. running, walking, cycling, swimming) on their own according to our signature training plan.
Coaching
Are you preparing for an ultramarathon or other long distance run? We’ll help you physically prepare with a customized training plan, and provide activities to nurture your mental and emotional health along the way. Our holistic approach will help you arrive at the starting line feeling completely prepared AND having en(JOI)ed the journey!
Crewing
As you prepare for your sporting event, outsource your crewing needs to us! We can train a crew you’ve recruited or find and train a crew for you. We can also manage all crew operations on-location throughout your event. Let us do the heavy crew management lifting so you can focus on your performance!
